Personal Progress Program (PPP) - Schedule a FREE 15-min in-person or virtual one-on-one coaching session.
Community Coaching Group - Our online Facebook group for other Girl Fight Community members to share experiences, get coaching and support from our trainers, and receive exclusive content like videos and training/nutrition tips.
80/20 Nutrition Guide - Our in-house nutrition philosophy that teaches you how to eat healthy 80% of the time and still enjoy your favorite treats guilt-free 20% of the time. Contact us as a Girl FIght Community member for your free copy.
Self Defense Resources - Community members have first notice and included access to any Self Defense Seminars we offer. They also receive deep discounts on extended intensive Self Defense special programs.
Online Resources - Community members receive full access to our online Content Library, with hundreds of videos to stream on-demand. We also have Kickboxing Form Tutorials and videos to help your learning experience.
